The Track IV session at Doing Business Globally is geared toward general counsel, assistant general counsel, and chief compliance officers interested in exploring risk from a variety of angles, including information and data risk, antitrust or employment issues.
“Effective multinational risk and compliance strategies need to be a high priority in the areas of employment, data privacy, intellectual property and antitrust,” said Elizabeth Yingling, a partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Litigation Practice. “We have designed this track for companies dealing with global risk management in these areas.”
This session will feature Baker & McKenzie practitioners from North America and around the world who focus on litigation and government enforcement, data privacy, employment and intellectual property, as well as executives from multinational telecommunications, infrastructure and banking companies.
